Perform planned electrical maintenance on equipment for the thermoforming process to ensure electrical system integrity;
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment including blenders, crystallizers, dryers, extruders, formers, trim presses, conveyors, and grinders;
Troubleshoot AC/DC drives and motors; PC and PLC controlled systems; heaters and safety circuits;
Modify equipment for performance improvements and upgrades;
Document work orders in Maintenance Connection and maintain area housekeeping and safety compliance
