Perform planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process;
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair/maintain equipment including blenders, crystallizers, dryers, extruders, formers, trim presses, conveyors, and grinders;
Troubleshoot AC and DC drives and motors; PC and PLC controlled systems; heaters, thermocouples, and heat controllers; safety circuits;
Modify new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades;
Use Maintenance Connection to record and close work orders accurately and in a timely manner
