Compensation: $70K–$150K Base + Bonus (DOE)

Location:

Valley/Omaha, NE (Travel to regional job sites)

The Role:

Oversee industrial insulation projects from estimating handoff through final closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, field crews, and customer relationships while ensuring maximum safety and quality.

What You Need (Requirements)

• Experience:
  
  5+ years in industrial construction (Insulation or Mechanical preferred).
• Leadership:
  Proven ability to manage field crews, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Skills:
  
  Expert at reading blueprints, managing multiple projects, and customer communication.
• Travel:
  Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience (Any of the following)

• Roles: PMs, Superintendents, or General Foremen from Insulation, Mechanical, or Industrial Services.
• Sectors:
  Food processing, ethanol, data centers, power generation, oil & gas, or cold storage.
• Systems:
  Process piping, boilers, tanks, vessels, or thermal insulation.
