Student‑centered, collaborative teachers who can motivate students of all ability levels are encouraged to apply for this position. Plattsmouth is a rural community and has schools within 10 min. of Bellevue and 20 min. of Omaha.
Facilitate instruction and support for middle school (5‑8) students with special education services. Knowledge and experience working with children who have special needs are preferred.
Salary & BenefitsBase salary for 2026‑2027 is $40,000 plus full family health insurance. The calendar includes 16 early release days for professional learning communities (PLCs), 9 professional development days, and 5 teacher planning days. Administrators do not schedule meetings with teachers on planning days.
Qualifications• Knowledge and experience with students who have special education needs.
