Prestige Care Center Of Plattsmouth is seeking a Pulmonary Care Coordinator to lead and support our facility's pulmonary program through clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and strong communication.
You will perform pulmonary assessments, monitor respiratory status, develop care plans, coordinate interventions, serve as the main pulmonary resource for the facility, and provide ongoing education and support to nursing, therapy staff and respiratory personnel.
