We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and forward‑thinking Operations Implementation Assistant to support our operations team during new software and process rollouts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new systems, improving workflows, and contributing in a fast‑paced team environment. Key Responsibilities- Assist with new software implementation (data entry, testing, troubleshooting).
- Document and update processes to support daily operations.
- Support team training and provide basic system/process guidance.
- Coordinate information related to service orders, tools, and parts.
- Help drive continuous improvement across operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- On‑site availability in Plattsmouth, NE.
- Experience with ERP or CRM software.
- Background in operations, service, logistics, or parts/tool environments.
