Do you want to sell a product you can actually see all over town? We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to be the face of our brand. From eye-catching vehicle wraps to custom apparel and massive signage, you’ll be the person helping local businesses get the attention they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Hunting: Scouting the local market for businesses, schools, and organizations that are ready to upgrade their image.
  • Connecting: Engaging in active B2B outreach—visiting businesses, attending networking events, and cold calling to spark new opportunities.
  • Consulting: You aren’t just selling; you’re solving problems. You’ll assess client needs—whether it’s embroidery, screen printing, signs, or vinyl wraps—and provide the perfect visual solution.
  • Closing: Managing your pipeline from "Hello" to "Order Placed" using our CRM (Deco Network).

  • The Relationship Builder: You can talk to anyone, anywhere, and turn a handshake into a long-term partnership.
  • The Professional: You’re comfortable with daily office presence to coordinate with the team and have a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and email marketing to stay organized and efficient.
  • Experience: A background in B2B sales, print, or advertising is a huge plus—but if you have the right attitude and a hunger to learn, we’ll train the right person.
