Jobtailor in Pleasant Grove, AL, is seeking an experienced public safety dispatcher to support emergency communications and dispatch operations. You will manage both emergency and non-emergency calls, enter requests into CAD, and dispatch personnel as warranted.
You will operate a high-tech workstation, review call recordings for accuracy, and provide information to citizens. Certifications in EMD, EFD, EPD, NCIC, and CPR are required along with flexibility for shifts and overtime.
