• Hourly Pay Range: $32.00–$42.50/hr (based on experience)
• $12,000 Sign-On Bonus

Registered Nurse (RN) — The RN provides and oversees nursing care, supports rehabilitation plans, and collaborates with physicians, therapists, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of care in our facilities.

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents  health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
