Legacy Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will monitor health, administer medications, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with RNs and physicians.
This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts, day or night options, a $25.00–$32.00/hour pay range based on experience, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, full benefits, and every-other-weekend off.
