- Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing or eligibility.
- Current BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at the time of hire.
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care across various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Serve as a primary coordinator for patient care and discharge planning.
