Legacy Health and Rehabilitation Of Pleasant Grove LLC seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care, administer meds, support rehab plans, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality resident care in our long-term care facility.
We offer 12-hour shifts, every other weekend off, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($25.00–$32.00/hour), shift differential, full benefits, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.
