What You'll Do

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial health of a growing global organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both detail-oriented work and exposure to international operations.

In this role, you will:

* Prepare and maintain general ledger activity, including journal entries and financial reports

* Partner with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy

* Support accounting operations across ASEA's international subsidiaries

* Assist with financial planning, audits, and compliance activities

* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on accounting matters

* Contribute to process improvements and take on additional projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

* 1-3 years of experience in public or corporate accounting

* Solid understanding of GAAP principles

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams

Preferred:

* Experience with international accounting

* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central)

* Exposure to inventory or cost accounting

* Experience working with external accounting partners
