What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You'll help ensure invoices are accurate, vendors are supported, and payments are processed on time.

Key responsibilities include:

* Review, code, and enter invoices for payment

* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

* Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships

* Audit and process company credit card expenses

* Process check requests and ensure timely payments

* Assist with month-end closing activities

* Maintain organized and accurate financial records

* Provide support for audits and reporting needs

* Partner with the finance team to meet department goals

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working with numbers and systems.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience (AP experience preferred)

* Strong data entry and computer skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

* Basic understanding of accounting principles

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
