* Job Description:

** Demand Planners are responsible for building and managing accurate unit forecasts to support purchasing, production, and inventory planning across 20+ global markets. This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align demand with business needs. Demand Planners use ERP tools and planning software to drive supply chain decisions and improve forecast accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Pleasant Grove, UT headquarters.

* Job Responsibilities:

* · Develop baseline sales forecasts using historical trends, seasonality, new product activity, and qualitative insights from sales and commercialization teams
· Review and incorporate promotional plans and business inputs into the overall forecast
· Maintain accurate planning data to ensure timely and effective supply chain signals
· Analyze forecast performance and proactively adjust plans to address risks, gaps, or changing demand patterns
· Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product Development, and other teams to align on business needs and planning assumptions
· Support transitions related to product updates, reformulations, or packaging changes
· Contribute to supply, inventory, and production decisions with clear demand recommendations
· Participate in planning meetings and help drive cross-functional alignment
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecast quality and planning efficiency

* Job Qualifications:

*
* · Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s + 2 years of relevant experience) in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
· Experience with planning or forecasting tools preferred (especially Anaplan)
· Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred (especially SAP)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
· Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams
· ASCM certification (e.g., CPIM or CSCP) is a plus
· Experience working in multi-market or global environments is a plusdo
