As a Project Manager
, you will oversee the full life cycle of heavy civil construction projects—both public and private—ranging from $20M and up.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of Project Engineers and field management staff
• Managing subcontractors and client relationships effectively
• Full P&L ownership, including cost control and risk management
• Pre-construction planning, project set-up, scheduling, and safety oversight
• Driving projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion

• 2-5+ years’ experience managing/estimating heavy civil projects with a focus on wet utilities, excavation, grading, wastewater treatment plants, and paving
• Proven track record of managing/estimating self-perform forces and delivering projects exceeding $50M
• BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with DOT projects (a plus)
