* Job Description:

** Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, sourcing trips, and more.
*
* Job Responsibilities:

*** Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and various equipment during productions.
* Edit engaging videos using industry-standard software, including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
* Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
* Manage all aspects of video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
* Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.
* Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
* Capture interviews, product footage, lifestyle content, and event coverage as needed.
* Stay current with video production trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
* Collaborate with Wellness Advocate leaders at all levels to find how our training content can best support them in their efforts

* Job Qualifications:

*** 3–5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of video projects.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and various video editing software.
* Experience operating professional camera systems.
* Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
