As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and welcoming presence of Swim Kids. In this role, you will:

• Help families understand their class options and enroll in the right lessons
• Keep class schedules organized, accurate, and running smoothly
• Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns
• Provide a positive, professional experience for every family
• Support a fun, health‑focused environment for kids and parents
• Help improve customer retention and overall family satisfaction
• Work closely with instructors and team members to create a smooth customer experience
