Receptionist​/Customer service representative

We are looking for a person who works well with others, is well-organized, has good typing skills and can function under pressure. Plant/inventory knowledge would be very helpful but not necessary.

A front counter receptionist is a huge supporting role in our daily operations. At the front counter you'll be responsible for greeting customers, inputting basic orders, and taking payments.

A receptionist is key in helping the team better understand customer needs. Data entry or customer service experience would be beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour or more based on experience

• Keep customer records up-to-date in the company database.
• Contact customers about orders, confirmations, shipping, information, and payments.
• Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identify alternate means for filling orders; report any inventory or service issues to management and appropriate sales rep.
• Accurately invoice customers and receive product into the system in a timely manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Take payments for orders/products for contractor sales.
• Answer phones and connect the caller with the appropriate person and/or department.
• Take phone and/or email orders. This may include working with the Shipping Manager to schedule deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries from customers.
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

EXPERIENCE:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Pleasant Grove, UT 84062:
  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
