As a Bridge CAD Technician, you will be drafting and designing for civil engineering projects dealing with transportation structures in multiple states. Areas of drafting will include creating structural plans for bridges, retaining walls, overhead sign structures, and box culverts including elevations, sections, profiles, and associated detailing.
Responsibilities- Prepare and draft structural plans for transportation-related civil engineering projects, including bridges, retaining walls, overhead sign structures, and box culverts.
- Produce elevations, sections, profiles, and associated detailing to support construction documents.
- Collaborate with design teams and engineers across multiple states to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Proficiency with CAD software used for bridge and civil structural drafting.
- Ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, and project standards.
