Horrocks seeks a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager for its Innovative Pursuits Team in Utah. You will lead MOT engineering teams on transportation projects, coordinate with discipline leads, and drive pursuits from concept to delivery. A PE license and 10+ years of MOT experience are highly preferred.
You will work with local and Rocky Mountain projects, collaborating with contracting partners to develop MOT schemes and traffic control plans, while delivering high-quality designs on schedule.
