Compliance Testing Manager

We are partnering with a regulated financial services organization to identify a Compliance Testing Manager to oversee compliance testing across a range of consumer banking products, including those offered through third-party and fintech partnerships. This role combines hands-on testing, team leadership, and regulatory expertise in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan and execute compliance testing in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Evaluate testing results and deliver clear, actionable findings and recommendations
• Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer lending and banking regulations (including UDAAP, ECOA, EFTA, FDCPA, GLBA, FCRA, TILA, MLA, and SCRA)
• Lead, mentor, and develop compliance analysts
• Prepare testing reports and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders
• Provide guidance on compliance risks, remediation, and best practices
• Manage priorities and timelines within established testing SLAs

• Experience managing and executing compliance testing within a regulated financial institution
• Strong working knowledge of consumer lending regulations
• Exposure to small-dollar, high-cost, deposit, or mortgage products preferred
• 2–3 years of experience supporting or leading compliance testing programs
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision
• CRCM certification preferred but not required
