What You'll Do- Help keep our global commission payouts accurate and on time
- Research, audit, and troubleshoot compensation questions
- Work closely with Finance, Compliance, and Support teams
- Dive into data and learn how commissions work across multiple markets
- Strong Excel skills
- Interest in finance, analytics, or direct‑selling/MLM models
- Great attention to detail and communication
- A degree in Accounting/Finance/Business-or you're working toward one
