At Co Fi , we’re on a mission to make construction finance predictable, safe, and fast. Our lending, risk mitigation, and payment software is transforming how money moves through construction—funding projects faster, increasing transparency, and building trust across the industry.

This isn’t just loan administration. As an Asset Manager at CoFi, you’ll play a critical role in shaping a modern, data-driven construction finance ecosystem while partnering across Lending, Servicing, Capital Markets, Product, and Data as we scale nationwide.

If you thrive where accuracy, speed, judgment, and ownership matter, this role offers direct impact on real projects being built across the country.

In this role, you will:

Portfolio Oversight & Risk Management

  • Own ongoing portfolio health across active construction loans.
  • Monitor terms, rates, extensions, budget changes, and payoffs.
  • Identify early risk signals, liquidity concerns, and anomalies.
  • Validate accuracy of loan data (rates, margins, covenants) and documentation.

Loan Administration & Lifecycle Management

  • Process change orders, partial releases, rebalances, curtailments, and extensions.
  • Ensure clean handoffs and alignment between Lending, Servicing, and Capital Markets.
  • Maintain high data integrity across Loan Pro, Insight, and downstream systems.

Draw & Construction Progress Validation

  • Review draw activity and construction progress.
  • Resolve discrepancies with Servicing teams and builders.
  • Flag unusual spending patterns or project deviations.

Borrower & Builder Communication

  • Serve as a trusted, knowledgeable point of contact.
  • Set clear expectations and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Build strong working relationships with borrowers and builders.

Reporting & Data Quality

  • Maintain accurate data powering dashboards, investor reporting, and internal insights.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to improve tools, workflows, and controls.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support Capital Markets with warehouse reporting and advance requests.
  • Assist Finance with interest revenue forecasting and delinquency monitoring.
  • Provide feedback to Product on system gaps and enhancement opportunities.
What Success Looks Like
  • Risks are identified early with clear action plans.
  • Loans advance smoothly with fewer surprises.
  • Portfolio data is accurate, timely, and trusted.
  • Builders and borrowers feel supported and informed.
  • Leadership has confidence in portfolio health and reporting.
What You Bring
  • Experience in construction lending, real estate finance, loan servicing, or portfolio management (preferred).
  • Strong analytical judgment—even with imperfect information.
  • Clear, confident, professional communication.
  • High attention to detail; strong ownership of data quality and documentation.
  • Ability to manage a large, dynamic portfolio and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction budgets, timelines, and risk indicators (strong plus).
  • Bonus:
Experience with Loan Pro, Power BI, inspections, or construction draws.
What You’ll Get
  • Growth: Broad exposure across asset management, risk, and portfolio strategy.
  • Ownership: Trust to manage your portfolio and influence how systems evolve.
  • Benefits: Competitive pay, PTO, and health options.
  • Culture: Collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven—We Build. We Own. We Innovate.
