Master Esthetician

Overview

Massage LuXe is a rapidly expanding massage and facial spa franchise. Licensed Master Estheticians are needed for locations in PLEASANT GROVE, DRAPER, and SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah.

• Tuesday‑Friday 11:00 AM‑4:00 PM
• Tuesday‑Friday 5:00 PM‑9:00 PM
• Saturday‑Sunday 11:00 AM‑4:00 PM

Various shifts are available throughout the week and weekends. Applicants must be willing to work on Sundays on a weekly basis or on an alternating weekly basis.

• Open 7 days a week. Typical start time: 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM. Typical end time: 9:00 PM or 6:00 PM.
• Shift hours per week: 10‑19, 20‑29, or 30‑39.
• Expected hours: 10‑20 per week.

• Base pay: $20.00 per hour.
• Bonus opportunities, commission pay, and tips.
• Commission percentage of each service performed plus gratuities and other incentives.

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top‑level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients' skincare goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve all sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.

• Licensed Master Esthetician (cosmetology license required).
• Experience or recent graduation as an esthetician.
• Proof of license or current application submission.
• Strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
• Strong retail and in‑room upgrade record.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge of all spa services and product lines related to estheticians.
• Willingness to work on Sundays on a weekly basis or alternately.
