What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the design and implementation of customer success accreditation and onboarding programs
  • Develop and maintain enablement content, including webinars, playbooks, and training materials
  • Own the communication strategy for the customer success organization, ensuring consistency and clarity
  • Manage change initiatives related to new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption across teams
  • Utilize AI technologies to streamline content creation, enhance learning experiences, and support customer success teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, or Program Management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience in global organizations, preferably within SaaS or technology industries
  • Strong business acumen with excellent program management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level writing and storytelling
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content creation and analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gainsight, LMS platforms, Highspot, and enterprise communications systems
  • Proven experience designing learning experiences and onboarding programs
  • Strong project management and change management abilities
  • Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
  • Passion for customer service and relationship building
