- Develop and maintain enablement content, including webinars, playbooks, and training materials
- Own the communication strategy for the customer success organization, ensuring consistency and clarity

- Utilize AI technologies to streamline content creation, enhance learning experiences, and support customer success teams
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, or Program Management roles
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience in global organizations, preferably within SaaS or technology industries
- Strong business acumen with excellent program management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level writing and storytelling
- Experience using generative AI tools for content creation and analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Gainsight, LMS platforms, Highspot, and enterprise communications systems
- Proven experience designing learning experiences and onboarding programs
- Strong project management and change management abilities
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Passion for customer service and relationship building
