Property Management Systems Specialist

We're looking for a Systems Specialist to join our corporate team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone with onsite property management experience who understands the day-to-day challenges our teams face and is ready to use that knowledge to make a broader impact across the organization. In this role, you'll be a key resource for our onsite teams-maintaining our Yardi database, assisting with Deposit Accounting, and providing help desk and training support.

• Support Yardi users through help desk requests and training
• Maintain the Yardi database system, workflows, and user security
• Assist with Deposit Accounting and database management
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processes

• Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a requirement (Pay Scan a plus)
• Deposit Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
• (Preferred) Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs
