As General Manager, you will:

• Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company values
• Monitor performance and help forecast staffing and operational needs
• Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Partner with ownership to support company growth and continuous improvement
• Lead by example and help create a high-energy, team-oriented workplace

• Previous leadership or management experience required
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passion for working with kids and families
• Strong leadership presence and professional maturity
• Desire to grow long-term with a rapidly expanding company

• Average of 45 hours per week
• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM (shift-based coverage)
• Occasional Saturdays required
• Must be available for afternoon and evening shifts
