Job Description & How to Apply Below

Join us at the forefront of next-generation sequencing innovation.

Renew Biotechnologies is a translational diagnostics company advancing how disease is understood, detected, and monitored. We integrate clinical-grade laboratory operations, proprietary assay development, multi-omic sequencing, and advanced bioinformatics to deliver high-value molecular insights to biopharma partners, diagnostics developers, and clinical research organizations across neurology, oncology, and other complex diseases.

More than an NGS services company, Renew also develops clinical solutions designed to improve diagnosis, monitoring, and decision-making. We are a high-growth Series A company entering 2026 with strong momentum. Our culture is grounded in Innovation, Integrity, and Impact. We move quickly, prioritize outcomes over bureaucracy, and value people who take ownership and thrive in growth-stage environments.

The Senior Development Scientist will lead assay development efforts for both internal and client-based projects, leading in scoping for project design, and guide assay validation efforts. While the Science team operates as a cooperative group, the ideal candidate will also need to be independent and self-motivated in order to maximize productivity. Your work will be cross functional with teams spanning bioinformatics scientists, software developers, marketers, and sales professionals.

This role has leadership potential as the company expands.
