Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role located in Pleasant Grove, UT, for a Sales Development Representative. The individual in this role will focus on identifying and generating new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and supporting the larger sales team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach, qualifying leads, researching potential clients, and maintaining effective communication with prospective customers to drive business growth.
Collaboration with internal teams and meeting sales metrics will be integral components of the position.
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales operations to meet and exceed sales goals
- Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify and nurture opportunities
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in technology solutions or the automotive industry is an advantage
