Laborer​/Crew lead

We are a high-end landscape design and build company seeking a dedicated, skilled, and professional Crew Lead/Laborer to join our team. We specialize in premium outdoor living spaces, and we need a leader who takes pride in the details and is committed to delivering excellence on every project.

• On-Site Leadership:
  Lead a crew in executing complex landscape installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to our high quality standards.
• Technical Execution:
  Perform and oversee tasks including irrigation installation/repair, planting, and operating heavy machinery.
• Equipment Operation:
  Experience operating machinery (skid steers, excavators, etc.) is essential.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain the "high-end" standard by following specific site protocols and being open to learning new, refined installation habits.
• Irrigation Knowledge:
  Must be proficient in irrigation systems, including layout, piping, and clock programming.

• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to transport equipment and trailers.
