As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances.
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair all major household appliances.
- Communicate clearly with customers.
- Leave detailed notes on repairs performed.
- Collect payment.
- Represent Mr. Appliance in a professional manor.
- Provide great customer service.
- $25-$35 per hour depending on experience and skillset.
- Getting paid on a commission basis is an option as well.
- No late nights.
- Work Monday - Friday, have Saturday's and Sunday's off.
- Company provided vehicle.
- Company provided iPad.
- Company provided uniforms.
- Paid weekly.
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available.
- Paid time off.
- Paid Holidays.
- Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in customers' home.
- Provide repair estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced.
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
- Appliance repair experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with clean record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
- Have the ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds ore more on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.
