• Collaborate with team members to execute landscape construction projects, including the installation of hardscapes and softscapes.
• Prepare and maintain work sites by performing tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and installing irrigation systems.
• Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to create a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors regarding project progress and challenges.
• Provide support in site clean-up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in landscape construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of landscape materials and construction methods.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets.
