We are a small, family‑oriented excavation company looking to add an excavation foreman to our team. • Lead and oversee excavation projects from start to finish.
• Read and interpret site plans and grades.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Direct crew members while maintaining a safe and productive job site.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and inspectors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high‑quality standards.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot field issues and make sound decisions on the job.

• 5+ years of excavation experience required.
• Previous experience as a foreman or crew leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, utilities, and site development.
• Experience operating excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
• Ability to read plans and grade stakes.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and dependable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Have your own method of transportation.
