We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, built-in units, and related fixtures across our projects.

Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets precise specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. The pay depends on your skill and experience and is not limited by what it says in this ad.

Responsibilities
  • Install cabinetry on our high-end projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to accurately install cabinets and related fixtures.
  • Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify that installations adhere to blueprint specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials throughout each project phase.
Experience
  • Proven experience in cabinet installation or general construction work with a strong background in carpentry or building material installation.
  • Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, tape measures, and caulking guns.
  • Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently on various construction sites.
  • Experience working with plumbing or electrical systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Construction site experience demonstrating adherence to safety protocols and project timelines is essential.
