Choice-in-Aging-2 in Pleasant Hill seeks a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the President & CEO. This full-time role involves managing the P/CEO's busy calendar, coordinating Board meetings, and supporting the Grant Administrator. The ideal candidate will have advanced computer skills, strong time management abilities, and at least two years of experience supporting C-Suite executives in a nonprofit environment.

The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, offering a salary range of $71,000 to $76,000 per year.
