ETIC is actively seeking a Lead Laborer to join our California crew. You will read plans, track progress, and install stormwater BMPs while coordinating with project managers and foremen. Travel to remote locations for short periods may be required.
Must have 5+ years as a laborer with leadership potential, a valid CA driver’s license, and the ability to supervise a 2–4 person crew outdoors on long shifts. Safety compliance is essential.
