Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I)

Work as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I at Bank of America, gaining Securities Industry licenses and applying a consultative approach to build and manage client relationships in a financial center.

• Obtain and maintain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 (or accepted 63 and 65) licenses within 120 days of hire.
• Receive world-class training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers.
• Build a successful career by leveraging Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and client-care approach.
• Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners, connecting clients to the solutions we provide through Bank of America and Merrill.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration and undergo background checks as required; failure to maintain may result in immediate termination.

• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

• Client Experience, Branding, Client Solutions, Advisory, Investment Management, Pipeline Management, Referral Management, Client Management, Customer and Client Focus, Portfolio Management, Prospecting, Referral Identification, Business Acumen, Executive Presence, Oral Communications, Risk Management, Trading.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays. 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.

Pay range $28.85 – $33.65 hourly pay, determined based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. This role is benefits eligible and offers industry-leading benefits, access to paid time off, resources and support to employees.

Open for the entire market; specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. Initially trained at one financial center and may begin in a phone-based capacity until another financial center location within a reasonable commuting distance is selected.

Position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing.
