As a NOC shift CNA, you are the watchful guardian of our residents' comfort and safety during the overnight hours. • Direct Care Excellence:
  Provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and supervisory direction.

  Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team, promptly reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
• Accurate Documentation:
  Maintain descriptive and accurate records on flow sheets, charts, and notes to ensure continuity of care.
• Resident Advocacy:
  Safely identify residents before treatments or meals and immediately report any accidents or incidents.
• Hospitality & Comfort:
  Prepare rooms for new admissions, greet and escort residents, and assist with personal inventory during transfers or discharges to ensure a seamless experience.
• Professional Integrity:
  Safeguard confidential health information (PHI) and perform nursing procedures only within your scope of training and authorization.
