Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking experienced, compassionate, and motivated Full-Time Nursing Supervisors for both AM and PM shifts to lead and support our nursing team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Position SummaryThe Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting and mentoring clinical staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced nurse with strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Available Shifts- Full-Time AM Supervisor
- Full-Time PM Supervisor
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
- Monitor clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient daily operations
