Love what you do. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help them prepare for their first day of school, and support all the big and small moments of their parenting journey. You’ll join a welcoming and inclusive environment that values and optimizes skills and talents.
What You’ll Do:- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
- Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
- Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Execute point‑of‑sale and register transactions efficiently.
- Perform floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
- Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
- Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
- Positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical ability to lift 40 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull; stand or walk for extended periods; climb stairs or ladders.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Range: $16.00 – $18.25 per hour, based on experience and location.
