Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver personalized, sport-focused product recommendations.
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting, and selection of equipment, apparel, and footwear.
• Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Support e-commerce services, including buy-online-pickup-in-store and order pickups.
• Maintain merchandise standards, presentation, and signage on the sales floor.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking, tagging, and price changes.
• Keep fitting rooms, aisles, and displays clean, organized, and safe.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell complementary products to meet customer needs.
• Stay current on product features, brands, and sport trends to advise customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and deliver an engaging store experience.
