Golf Galaxy, part of Innovative Tech Corp's retail ecosystem, is seeking a Retail Softlines Sales Associate to deliver exceptional, tech-enabled customer service. In this role, you'll assist customers with apparel and accessories, using digital tools and POS systems to locate products, check inventory, and complete transactions. You'll help maintain clean, visually compelling displays, support online order pickups, and contribute to store sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing softlines products, including apparel and accessories
- Maintain well-organized, visually appealing sales floor and product displays
- Use POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Leverage product knowledge and basic tech tools to recommend items and check inventory
- Monitor stock levels, assist with merchandising, tagging, and restocking
- Support online order pickups and basic omnichannel processes
- Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and customer service standards
- Follow company policies for loss prevention, safety, and data privacy
