Hope Solutions seeks an energetic Rapid Rehousing Manager who is flexible and responsive to support the needs of our clients while possessing the skill set to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community partners. We are looking for compassionate, service-driven individuals who fundamentally believe in the potential of others.

The Rapid Rehousing Manager (RRHM) provides leadership, supervision, and oversight of housing-focused services that support individuals and families in securing and maintaining stable, affordable permanent housing. The RRHM oversees program operations, staff performance, and service delivery for the Bring Families Home (BFH), Rapid Rehousing Singles (RRHS), Concord Rapid Rehousing (CRRH), Transitional Housing Program Plus (THP+), and Village of Hope Pittsburg. The RRHM provides direct supervision and support to program staff, including Case Managers, Senior Case Managers, Property Managers, and other housing services personnel, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with funding requirements, and achievement of program outcomes.

Working closely with the Contra Costa County Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System and Employment & Human Services Department (EHSD) Children and Family Services (CFS), the RRHM ensures effective referral coordination, program implementation, and housing stabilization services.

The position is also responsible for monitoring program performance, analyzing data and outcome reports, ensuring data quality and compliance with HMIS, Apricot, and other reporting requirements, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing program budgets and fiscal accountability, fostering collaborative partnerships, and promoting a client-centered approach that advances housing stability, permanent housing placement and retention, increased income, self-sufficiency, and positive outcomes for individuals, families, and Transition-Age Youth (TAY) served across all assigned programs while ensuring achievement of contractual, funding, and organizational goals.
