Reading Corps, powered by Ameri Corps and administered by Ampact, seeks a Reading Tutor to help students become strong readers in a school setting. You'll deliver proven activities, coach students daily, and participate in ongoing training to improve tutoring outcomes.
You'll tutor pairs of students for 20 minutes, return them to class, and repeat with new pairs. This role emphasizes growth, encouragement, and community impact.
