We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The role involves coordinating and scheduling project meetings to ensure effective communication, addressing and resolving project-related issues promptly, and monitoring project budgets. You will also be responsible for tracking expenses, providing regular budget updates, cost estimation and analysis, and implementing and monitoring quality control measures.

2+ years of Construction Project Management experience on Data Center projects preferred (will also take background from heavy industrial construction)
Strong heavy civil knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients.
Ability to effectively present information.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Hill, IA.
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
