Ag Chemical Formulation Chemist

Family-owned manufacturer is seeking a self-starter chemist to join their organization. If you have a degree in chemistry and a minimum of 3 years formulating with ag chemicals in a manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity for you! • Own formulation projects from concept through scale-up and commercialization
• Develop, optimize, and improve formulations to meet performance, stability, and supply continuity
• Partner closely with production, quality, and regulatory teams to support manufacturing success
• Provide technical troubleshooting and formulation guidance for operations and QCReview and support quality control testing and specifications
• Prepare and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and related documentation
• Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Perform the following tests:
  Ph, viscosity, gravity, stability, emulsion strength, titration

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 3-7+ years of formulation chemistry experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with tank mix adjuvants, inert pesticide emulsifier packages, or agricultural formulations
• Experience working closely with production and scale-up activities
• Familiarity with regulatory and SDS requirements
