Parts Inventory Clerk

Bowser Automotive is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Inventory Clerk to join our team. The Parts Inventory Clerk works closely with the Parts Dispatcher to accurately pull, prepare, and load parts orders for delivery.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and safety. The role is physically active and requires frequent lifting, reaching, bending, standing, and occasional ladder use throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Accurately identify, locate, and pull parts to complete customer and delivery orders.
• Prepare and safely load parts onto delivery vehicles.
• Work closely with Parts Dispatchers to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Verify parts and quantities to minimize errors and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all Bowser Automotive safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and use a ladder as needed throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license in good standing.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous automotive parts or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
