We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Accountant to support a fast-growing organization with over four decades of success. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a CPA looking to advance into leadership while contributing to high-impact financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Lead core corporate accounting functions including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, audit coordination, and internal reporting packages.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP by researching and interpreting accounting standards and supporting internal policy development.
• Monitor internal controls and assist with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements.
• Manage and execute special projects as assigned.
• Collaborate across accounting teams, serving as a trusted resource and partner.
• Maintain hands-on involvement with journal entries, reconciliations, and audit schedules while contributing to strategic financial initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
