An established organization in the St. Croix County area is seeking a Staff Accountant to lead Payroll and Accounts Receivable
, while supporting General Ledger and providing backup for Accounts Payable
. This role offers variety, visibility, and the chance to take ownership in a collaborative finance team.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance
- Assist with journal entries, month-end close, and audits
- Support AP as needed during absences or peak periods
- Manage invoicing, collections, and AR reconciliations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years’ accounting experience with payroll & AR focus
- Skilled in accounting/payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Quick Books, Net Suite)
- Strong Excel and organizational skills
Preferred: ERP system experience, GAAP knowledge, and payroll compliance expertise.
